Looking forward to the teens arriving in Brisbane in July 2014.
The Vignacourt Youth Embassy trip to Australia arose from a wish expressed two years ago by the teens, and their mentors Valérie Vasseur (then Director of the Centre Animation Jeunesse youth centre) and Lucile Werkin the teen project coordinator.

We began a fundraising drive which very slowly raised the necessary money. It was not until I approached Donna and Michael Fiechtner early this year and sought their assistance that real progress was made. It has been their drive and passion which has brought the project to this point. Acknowledgment is also due to Mike Lee of of Alliançe Francaise de Canberra, Max Uechtritz and Ross Coulthart of Seven Network for their unfailing support and encouragement.
